Do you need Counselling?

Throughout life we experience painful events, bereavements, difficult relationships, loss of job or any other trauma, but somehow we manage to carry on with our lives.

Sometimes however, we feel stuck and there seems to be no answers to our questions. The reasons we may know don’t always explain how we feel or tell us why we can’t manage to live our life like we used to do? Sometimes, we feel our lives have become intolerable

Can we create a peaceful path in our jungle of emotions?

What is counselling?

Counselling is an effective way to explore your issues. My aim is to provide you with a safe place for thinking about your emotional difficulties, in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.

My role is to help you make better sense of confused emotions and transform them in something more understandable and acceptable.

Through the process of free talking, I will listen carefully to any unconscious processes that may have trigger patterns of behaviour. These patterns may have been helpful to you in the past but may now prevent you from living your life as you wish to.

Once aware with what is happening with your own self, you can begin to endeavour to change and take control of your life again.

Our initial meeting will give us an opportunity to have an informal discussion with no obligation attached.
